Originally from Mr. Takeyama's Fuyo-en bonsai nursery, known worldwide for its deciduous forests!  The tree later found it's way to S-Cube (雨竹亭 羽生本店), the prestigious collection of Mr. Seiji Morimae, who is known for many things including having acquired a large portion of the collection of the late Daizo Iwasaki.

It is in a Fuyo-en comissioned Koyo pot, of course
